To ensure your safety, the product is not returned or replaced unless it arrives damaged or the product requested by you is different.
Return and replacement requests are received within 7 days of receiving the request from the Iron platform.
• In the event that the product arrives damaged or the product requested by you differs, the Iron platform will bear the costs of replacement or return shipping.
The amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 10 working days.
The product will be replaced after 2 to 5 working days after receiving it.
